El Spa receives by appointment.We advise you to book in advance our treatments.At the time of booking, will be asked to e-mail address to send you the link for online payment. CANCEL APPOINTMENTS
Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the fixed.Otherwise, you will be charged for the service or the voucher will be canceled.
GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers are valid for one year.They can be purchased online or picked up directly at our center. They can not be refunded or replaced with the equivalent in cash, with el's products or with treatment in promotion.The gift voucher must be checked before booking. PURCHASE TREATMENTS TreatmentsTREATMENTSbought can not be refunded or replaced with the equivalent in money.The change is expected with other products or spa services at the discretion of spa management.The treatments or gift vouchers purchased for certain times or days may not be used at other times. CHECK IN We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. In this way you can prepare for the beginning of your wellness path with the ultimate relax. New customers are invited to complete the formalities relating to privacy law. DELAY The delay by the customer will affect the duration of treatment. EL SPA PROMOTIONSThe El Spa promotional offers are not combinable with conventions, gift vouchers or special card.
PURCHASE KIT
For the first entry you must purchase one of our kits, the first consisting of non-slip slippers and mitt to scrub for the hammam (€ 10.00), the second consisting only of non-slip slippers (€ 5.00), that you can reuse for the other appointments.
